Under the Sea Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of crab meat (imitation); flaked
1 c of celery; diced
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 c of onions (green); sliced
3 eggs (hard-boiled); cut into small pieces
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked crab meat, diced celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sliced onions and hard-boiled eggs. Mix thoroughly. Chill for a minimum of one hour before using.
Best served over iceberg lettuce leaves or as croissant filling.
