Shrimp and Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Salad ingredients:
1 box of elbow macaroni; cooked, strained and cooled
1/2-1 lb of shrimp; skinned & cooked
4 eggs (hard boiled); chopped
1/2 c of onion (yellow); sliced
1/4 c of celery: diced
1/2 c of black olives; diced
1/2 c of dill pickles; diced
Dressing Ingredients:
1 c of mayo
1 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 Tbsp of mustard (Dijon)
2 Tbsps of Extra Virgin olive oil
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
Hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/2 c of catsup
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients altogether in one small bowl. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
Afterward, combine salad ingredients altogether in one large salad bowl. Pour some dressing over it; and then toss well to coat evenly. Cover with cling wrap and chill for a minimum of one hour prior to serving.
