black pepper; freshly ground
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cloves of garlic
1/8 tsp of oregano (Mexican); dried
1/2 tsp of sugar
Salad Ingredients:
Mixed mild chilies (Poblano, New Mexico & Anaheim); roasted & sliced into 1/2-inch thick ribbons
1 red bell pepper; oven-roasted & sliced into 1/2-inch thick ribbons
1 green bell pepper; oven-roasted & sliced into 1/2-inch thick ribbons
1 yellow bell pepper; oven-roasted & sliced into 1/2-inch thick ribbons
Cotija cheese (or aged Monterey); crumbled
Jack cheese; shredded
Romaine lettuce (or other similar lettuce); optional
