Radish Salad with Chilies Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pcs of radishes; sliced thinly
1 Tbsp of salt
2 Tbsps of lime juice; freshly-squeezed
1/4 tsp of black pepper; ground
Ground Urfa chilie
2 Tbsps of mint; chopped
1 Tbsp of orange juice
Directions:
Soak the sliced radishes into a large bowl with lightly salted water, and let it stand for about 15-20 minutes. When done, drain the radish and wash. Drain excess water again and set aside.
In a smaller bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice and ground pepper. Whisk it well. Pour this dressing over the radish, then add the mild clilies for pizzazz. Toss well. Sprinkle with chopped mint or cilantro prior to serving. Serve with additional dressing as needed.
