Linguine w/ Veggies Recipe
Ingredients:
1lb of Linguine
soy sauce (3 oz)
olive oil (2 oz)
1 onion (medium red); sliced thinly (1/8″)
1/2 lb of broccoli (florets)
1/4 c of parsley Italian (fresh); chopped
1 pepper (small red); diced
Directions:
Cook the pasta. Pour the water in the large pot together with salt and oil. Bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, put the Linguine and cook until al dente.
Place the pasta on a strainer and wash it under cold running water. Drain the pasta. Transfer it to a large nonmetal bowl. Toss with olive oil; then et it cool in the fridge.
Once ready, pour the soy sauce into the Linguine. Pitch in the broccoli, red bell pepper, together with the chopped parsley. Toss it well. Chill for a minimum of one hour prior to serving.
