Coconut Salad Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of mandarin oranges (11 oz); drained
1 can of pineapple (8 oz); drained & crushed
3 1/2 c of topping; whipped
2 c of coconut; shredded
1/2 c of milk
2 c of marshmallows (miniature)
1 c of Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in one bowl (large); and toss well. Chill for about an hour. Top with cherry prior to serving.
