Fruit Salad with Orange Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of instant vanilla mix pudding (31/2 oz)
1.5 c of milk
3/4 c of sour cream
1/3 c of orange juice (frozen & concentrated)
1 can of pineapple bits (20 oz); drained
2 medium-sized bananas; chopped
1 medium-sized apple; skinned, core removed & chopped
1 can of Mandarin orange segments (11 oz)
1 can of peaches (15 oz); drained & chopped
Directions:
Combine the orange concentrate, vanilla pudding mix, and in one large bowl. Beat it altogether for about two minutes with the use of an electric mixer (medium speed only). Add in the sour cream. then beat for about 30 seconds more.
Afterward, pitch the pineapple tidbits, peaches, mandarin oranges, bananas and apples in another large bowl. Pour the orange-flavored cream into the mixed fruits. Toss lightly. Wrap in cling film and chill for a minimum of two hours prior to serving.
