Apple Julienne Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of refined sugar
1/2 c of vinegar; distilled
3 red apples; cored and cut into 1/8-inch thick strips
2/3 c of onions, chopped
1/2 c dill pickles, chopped
Directions:
Use a mixing bowl (small) to combine the distilled vinegar and refined sugar.
Next, combine the julienned tart apples, dill pickles and chopped onions in another bowl (medium-sized); and then toss well using the vinaigrette.
Chill the salad before serving.
