Apple and Fennel Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of oil (canola)
1/3 c of olive oil (Extra Virgin)
1/4 c of lemon juice; squeezed
2 Tbsps of tarragon (fresh); chopped
Salt & black pepper; ground
2 pcs of apples (Granny Smith); skinned, cut into 2 & core removed
2 bulbs of fennel; chopped thinly
Directions:
Make the dressing by whisking lemon juice, tarragon, olice oil, canola oil; and a dash of pepper and salt thoroughly altogether in one small mixing bowl.
Pitch the fennel together with apple slices in a medium-sized bowl. Pour over some dressing and toss well to evenly coat ingredients. Cover with cling wrap and chill for about an hour.
