Waldorf Festival Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Salad Ingredients:
2 cans 15.25 oz. each of pineapple chunks (juice pack); dried
2 kiwifruit; skinned, divided lengthwise into 2 & chopped
1 c of pear (medium); core removed & chopped
1/2 c of celery; sliced thinly
1/2 c of grapes (red); seeds removed & divided into 2
1/2 c of walnut pieces; toasted
Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 c of salad dressing or mayonnaise (reduced-calorie)
1/3 c of yogurt (lemon-flavored)
1 Tbsp of honey
Directions:
Throw all salad ingredients into a big mixing bowl. Using a smaller bowl, pour in all dressing ingredients and whisk ’til smooth. Pour the dressing over the fruit bowl. Wrap with cling film; and then chill prior to serving.
